苦候兩年，Lifehouse（生命之屋合唱團） 總算又出了新專輯。上一張同名專輯《Lifehouse》的感動歷久未衰，這張《Who We Are》又為我的聽覺注入澎湃浪潮。拜其天才主唱 Jason 的作曲填詞，經過了兩年的沈寂，《Who We Are》不僅延承前張專輯的成熟曲風，亦不失 Lifehouse 獨有的格調。或許是因為無數 Road 演唱會的磨練，感覺專輯裡的幾首搖滾，有更圓潤的音色包裹簡單輕鬆的歌詞。
Lifehouse 團員僅有三個人，其人氣正直追前輩 Matchbox Twenty、The Goo Goo Dolls 等名團。但 Lifehouse 注重其質量，仔細乍聽之下可以發現專輯裡沒有一首歌是為了填空，每首歌都有個自想表達或嘗試的新音，像是 Jason 清唱的《Strom》、《Broken》的抒情搖滾等等。就像許多歌迷指出，Lifehouse 最迷人的地方是他的歌詞雖然簡單，卻時常會映現聽眾的個人經歷，繼而引起那心情與旋律的共鳴。豺狼特別推薦《First Time》和《Whatever It Takes》！
